When you stay overnight as a guest you receive towel, bathrobe and slippers, and you can use the massage chairs as much as you can. Room was big, comfy bed and we had a nice balcony. Breakfast was good but go early to avoid crowdedness. Amenities were good, spacious and even with many guests you can find places to be quiet, for example the relaxation room under the solarium its great to read a book or sleep. If you stay over for only one night, the other day you can leave all your belongings inside a locker and enjoy until late, they have showers, changing room spaces, so with this option we enjoyed two days. They have various spa options (check the cabins outside too). You can bring a bottle of water and fill it up there, you can bring it with you to many places to keep hydrated. Our stay was during the mixed-day (as of the calendar), therefore in the pool people were wearing swimwear and inside the saunas people were naked. It was not very clear to us during this mixed-day if inside the saunas we could or not wear swimwear (as everyone was naked). Don't get me wrong, it was a nice experience (you can be with the towel all the time but with no swimwear).

An absolutely wonderful experience. A gorgeous facility surrounded by nature. Very relaxing stay.
The room was huge and the bed comfy. We felt really pampered.
The place is full of art pieces, that I really appreciated.
Also there are 2 restaurants on the facility, one is a high end restaurant perfect for a special dinner, the other is the cutest place for lunch or coffee.
The landscape is superb with mustard, maize, grass and cows...
The landscape is superb with mustard, maize, grass and cows on the hills, the trees show their autumn colours in mid october.
Take your time to get around and enjoy Zuid Limburg, or places not too far away from there.
Everything- we were warmly welcomed to this family run hotel which was full of charming items, and a handmade book to tell you how the owner found them as he refurbished the hotel.
Lots of wooden item made by the owner himself, the rooms where light and airy with beautiful linen on very comfortable beds, we had a great nights sleep.
There was a fabulous breakfast to send us on our way. Would definitely return if in this area again.
There is an Italian restaurant 50mts up the road but you need to make a table reservation before you arrive.
Warm welcome on arrival, led to our clean/fresh room with a lovely view. The restaurant menu was in Dutch but much help was given and appreciated. The food was tasty, presented well and good value.
We were advised on a good 30-40 minute walking route into Valkenburg following the river and passing a memorial from WW2. Enjoyed a latte and smoothie at the hotel post walk.
A good night’s sleep was had followed by a decent continental breakfast. The hosts are very friendly and make you feel welcome.
The location exceeded our expectations, the breakfast was good and the omlet was delicious and fluffy. We had dinner in the hotel the first day and we came back every day because the food was incredible and the hosts were very nice and made us feel very welcome.
The location is incredible, you walk out of the hotel and you are on a trail for hicking or for biking.
We would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to have a peaceful vacation in the middle of nature.
Geulzicht hotel was a homey feeling hotel. The building makes you feel comfortable and at home from the moment you step through the door. The owners were very kind and helpful and welcome you in the morning with the biggest smile. The location was quiet and peaceful. The owners took care of the finest details and even included a wonderful story book written by them that made for wonderful reading.
Hotel Salden is a great family run hotel, with lovely staff members like Natasha who helped us with details of a local walk.
We were made to feel very welcome by the family, the food on the menu was very tasty, both at breakfast and our evening dinner.
Lots to see in and around the on site gift shop.
We will all hopefully go back again next year but for longer this time to see more of the area.
Fantastic location, right next to the river, in a quiet part of the village. Lots of nature nearby and just a short bike ride from Valkenburg. The host is very friendly and you could see this is more than a business for him and he put a lot of heart and soul into this hotel.
If you are considering booking here, do it! You won't regret it!
The owners of the hotel made everything possible to make you feel welcomed as a guest.
Facility was great, clean, staff very friendly and supportive, simply said, you feel like home.
The dinner in the restaurant was also very good, I can recommend to have dinner there at least once.
I liked everything about this hotel especially that they don’t have TVs in rooms. It is a very charming hotel in located near the river. In the morning you can hear the birds singing. The breakfast was good and the coffee was amazing.
