good location. The staff at the reception were helpful and friendly.

tv at the room had poor picture and sound. Also the hotel's 3 elevators didn't work well. you had to whait for really long time to get your luggage down when checking out. The housekeeping and maintenance was also using the same elevators blocking the space from guests.

Excellent location

The batteries in the TV remote were dead. I called the desk to ask for new ones and no one ever brought me any. The concierge was poor. Service was poor all around.
