Enjoy this privately owned condominium right on the water! Private balcony overlooking Tampa bay, right in South Tampa! You will love these views! We will register you as a guest at the resort allowing you to use the resort amenities such as the gorgeous pool area. There is a private beach for hanging out and even a beach bar! Volleyball court with white soft sand. Location is fantastic being right off of route 60, easy access to major highways and downtown Tampa. Great Value. This is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit. 1 queen bed in the main bedroom and 1 pull out sofa bed, (queen pullout) in the living room. Full kitchen, full bathroom with shower. This privately owned suite has been fully renovated with some of the best views to the bay that Tampa has to offer, It has a fully equipped kitchen (Fridge, stove, silverware, microwave, etc). The resort have all the amenities you would like to have an amazing stay, some of those are: Fire pit Heated pool Poolside bar Volley ball court Tiki Huts Fishing dock Outdoor excercise equipment 24/7 security Large sun deck Bar and grill with Live music Gift Shop ATM Machine BBQ Grills Dry cleaning service Laundry Lounge/Bar Business center This is the extremely rare case in which the HOA allows for Airbnbs; you will actually be registered with them so they are aware of your presence. They also give you free parking passes for your stay. There is a security guard at the front, you simply tell him who you are and your unit number. The door to the unit has an electronic code for entry. We will supply you with all of this information.
