The location right on a beautiful white sandy beach. Waking up to a view of paradise. The lovely decorated beach house. A rain shower with sufficient water pressure. The delicious food at the restaurant. The treatments at the newly opened spa. The sweetest hotel cat that spent the night on our bed. It was all amazing and we hope to return!

The complex is designed in Mediterranean/African architecture with Gaudi-like shapes and works by local artists. The rooms have been perfectly renovated (2023), really spotless and cared for down to the last detail. The resort borders the tempestuous ocean and has a beautiful private swimming pool. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Nice to know that one of the managers/owners (?) is called Liesje, a typically Dutch name. Yet she is not from the Low Countries. The surroundings may be a bit less, but the resort has all the amenities. Too bad that the bar and restaurant are separate, so you have to pay separately each time. But that seems to have something to do with taxes. The small negatives outweigh the value for money. And therefore a: 10

Tirza was very helpful and very even helped us arraging tours and activities. She makes all the difference and even though the hotel is already beautiful and nice, she makes all the experience a better one. They also provide, as a separate service, a taxi to pick up and /or take to the airport. The service was great and we will for sure go back to the hotel if we come back to Curaçao.

Three beautiful beaches in the vicinity, and a 10-minute drive from FDF city centre. The staff are very welcoming and friendly, and were always able to help us despite our limited French.
