Family run Hotel offering exquisite hospitality. Everything was of quality. Courteous service. Quiet location, yet central with plenty of restaurants, bars and shops nearby. Everything was exceptional, one of the best ever stays in self catering accommodation. Our host ,Erica, met us at a nearby location and guided us to the accommodation. Very welcoming from the start and was on hand if we needed anything. The apartment met our needs entirely, absolutely stunning views , ideal location and was comfortable in every way. Thoroughly recommend and would stay again .

We have enjoyed the Northern Tuscany landscape even more than the Southern Tuscany landscape. The view from the living room is taken out from a fairy tale. We were busy taking known trips to Cinque Terre / Firenze / Genova, but we really hope to be able to come back, to walk around Ripa and Pietrasanta alone. We even saw hiking trails signs that we did not have the chance to take. The yard is spectacular, you can exercise by simply climbing all the stairs up to the peak of the hill and back, you can enjoy the view of the crops. You can exercise on the grass, or play table tennis or relaxing in a hamac. It was a very quiet neighbourhood. The house has all the amenities. I'm tempted to be selfish and keep this gem for myself. There's a big cage with colourful birds that sing. It was the first time of our lives that we saw fire flies in the garden one night we came back - it was magic. The owners were very discreet , but we are really sad that we hadn't got the chance to meet them. Maybe next time.
