The fact that you can get into Rouen very easily and...
The fact that you can get into Rouen very easily and economically on the public bus service is a bonus, but I do wish the process of buying tickets was less cumbersome. The ticket machines at the bus stop appeared to be out of order and coins could not be used on the bus. It would be ideal if the tickets could be purchased in advance from the hotel! If you need a basic stop over this is it.
If you need a basic stop over this is it. Not a pretty area but near motorways and out of town utilities. Mac Donald’s 4 mins walk away and not much else. Quiet clean room with an en suite. Met our needs and expectations as a stop off en route back to the UK. Value for money.
