Fiddle + Bow Hotel, hotel in Doolin

Situated in the heart of Doolin and established in 2019, Fiddle + Bow Hotel is a boutique hotel with a range of room options. We will be your home away from home.

This was a great stop between Galway and Limerick. I wanted to stay to have more time at the Cliffs of Moher as well. It is close. Also, you can walk to Doolin from the hotel and there is a beautiful walk up the hill from town. The staff was wonderful. We felt very welcomed and at home. They left us a handwritten note on arrival. They have great bathroom products and natural/local items available in the room and for purchase. The food is also amazing! It is nice they include a breakfast. And it is not just any breakfast, it is great! Very happy and highly recommend this stay for multiple reasons.

Doolin Glamping, hotel in Doolin

Set within 9.2 km of Cliffs of Moher and 4 km of Doolin Cave in Doolin, Doolin Glamping features accommodation with seating area.

The hosts were amazing, very welcoming & friendly. Our bell tent was superb. 2 double beds & a single bed, a 2 seater sofa & plenty of furniture, a fan & an electric stove. Plenty of power points by each bed & chair. We had plenty of space to move around inside the tent even with our luggage . We traveled as a family, 2 adults, a teenager & an child. Bedrooms were spotlessly clean. Beds & pillows were super comfortable & beds had 2 duvets each incase our less than average Irish temperatures hit ( we can get 4 seasons in one day here in Ireland,) Outside the tent was a 6 seater picnic table & plenty of solar lights & on site a fully equipped 24hour kitchen with plenty of cooking facilities, fridges & freezers to store food safely. A laundry room with plenty of washers & dryers, , toilets & Showers with an abundance of hot water. Hairdryers available from the office. Free Tea (Barry's Tea 👌) & Coffee courtesy of the hosts in the kitchen 24/7 The games & TV room had plenty of seating & well stocked to keep kids & adults entertained. A short drive was a service station serving breakfast if you didn't fancy cooking your own & there are plenty of pubs serving delicious food. As Irish people in Ireland, we don't normally go camping but this experience has certainly changed our minds. Perfect spot for touring & seeing what beautiful Clare & Galway have to offer. We won't be spending crazy money on hotel rooms again to be met with robotic emotions & smile from hotel staff. This is a more home from home experience. We will definitely be rebooking here & if you haven't yet, please do, you won't be disappointed. If I could rate it more than 10 stars I would. Please please please book here if you are to add one thing to your Irish travel bucket list. Open May to October, go on, give it a go!!!

A very charming village. The people were very friendly. Great pubs and live music (McGann's & McDermott's were the ones we visited). There is a spectacular view of the Cliffs of Moher from the parking lot of the ferry dock; our landlord recommended we go at sunset, and it was amazing! It happened to be high tide and the roaring waves made the scene even more astounding. Of course, the Cliffs are just down the road, and they are one of the best sights in Ireland.

Great music, fun and food. Excellent quality food in all pubs and hotels. You can walk between pubs but lack of street lights can make this dangerous at night...maybe there could be a store of hivis vests that could be swapped between pubs for those walking.

Got a true feel for this countryside / seaside community. Loved the pubs. Took the scenic cliff side walk to Cliffs of Moher which was spectacular but super muddy. Amazing and majestic. Bus back to town could have been more on time and available.

Doolin is a cute little town and is a great place to stay for close proximity to the Cliffs of Moher. There isn't much to do in Doolin, so I recommend staying there only to spend the night after visiting the Cliffs that afternoon or before visiting the Cliffs the next morning.

We loved literally everything about this property!! It is situated by the ocean, within view of the Cliffs of Moher, and close enough to walk into town for dinner, shopping, etc. Doolin Pier & ferry is right around the corner, perfect for trips to the Aran Islands. Our host, Eileen, was friendly and welcoming, our room was spacious, and the common areas (of which there were a few) were homey and comfortable. Before we’d checked out, we agreed we will be back!

Lovely place in Doolin, very plush and comfortable with stylish neutral greys. Great shower. The breakfast deserves a special mention, with eggs made to order and interesting homemade items on the buffet. The owners are very nice and available for tips and recommendations, we had a great dinner in town because the owner was able to make a reservation for us. Bonus point, Bertie, the fluffy dog who welcome all guests!

The Aran View is a charming older hotel, well managed by Sharon and Laura who were very helpful to us and also very friendly. We had a large room, comfortable beds, breakfast was great with many choices and was served quickly. The hotel is just a minute or two by car from McGann's Pub and McDermott's is also close. O'Connor's is a few more minutes south. I would stay here again.

Great food all around. We had dinner and breakfast there. The mussels were fantastic and the breakfast buffet had many healthy options. We had the vegetarian breakfast with ratatouille for our cooked choice- genius idea! The scones were homemade and delightful. The hotel is a short walk to pubs with nightly music and is a short drive to the cliffs. Highly recommend.

Kieran was superb and helped us up to our room despite being in the middle of dinner service. The room was very spacious, clean and was nicely designed. Kieran was super friendly and funny. The bed was comfortable, bathroom great and wifi strong. The hotel is within walking distance to all the famous pubs, all with live music 7 nights. We will be back again.

Location was fantastic....right across street from bars and restaurants and right in the middle of Doolin. It was very private and quiet, and had a view of the stream which runs through Doolin. Great value. Carol, the owner was very accommodating. She left bottled water, coffee pods, and snacks for us.
