Nice enough but like most things at the moment, seriously overpriced for the standard of room you are receiving. Basic room, no mini bar, ironing facilities, microwaves, tea or coffee making equipment etc.
Option to have you’re room made up every day which is nice, but aside from this we paid just under $1,000 for a 5 day stay and the room was clean and tidy but did not offer anything memorable to speak of and I’d not be quick to recommend it over any other.

great service, nice room, close to shopping and restaurants.
great service, nice room, close to shopping and restaurants. very nice little cafe's inside the foyer and next door.
only downside is the lack of signage firstly to find the front entrance, and secondly to find the access lane to get into the parking bay.

Penrith is a wonderful getaway from the hustle and bustle of Sydney CBD. Life in Western Sydney is a breath of fresh air. Things are a little less stressful and more relaxing. You can slow down here and enjoy quality time with the family and catch up with friends. There are plenty of the amenities of city comforts: restaurants, shopping, amusement places, indoor and outdoor activities. There are also the wide open green spaces, the beautiful Blue Mountains close by and the Great Nepean River. These are places where you can enjoy picnics, leisurely walks (or run, but who wants to rush?) and just enjoy the beautiful scenery whether it be the river, the parks or the mountains.

Penrith is a standard suburb like many others.
Penrith is a standard suburb like many others. I found every person was friendly and helpful when I asked questions or needed help. We didn't have a vehicle this time and public transport was awful but probably not an issue if right in the city centre. The bus timetables weren't always accurate so I ended up walking literally everywhere which wasn't always easy with traffic and some sides of the street didn't have pathway. The Nepean River park and walkway is pretty and quiet. As you get to the Blue Mountains end of the suburb it's a lovely view.

I llived in Penrith area (1945-1957), went to Penrith Highschool (1947-1950) and worked in Penrith until 1957. I have passed through Penrith, stopping briefly since then. Canoeing on and swimming in the river and fishing had been favourite passtimes, so this location was special for me and the river from the Nepean Belle was a new view compared with the view from a canoe.

Wonderful.
Wonderful. Excellent shopping without the hussle & bussle of the bigger suburbs. We stayed at the apartments on Colless Street and they were beautiful. We dined at the panthers club witch was amazing! Large portions, value for money and the best pizza I’ve ever tasted.
Polite and helpful staff, modern room, close to trains, shopping centre, pubs, cafes. They gave me a little surprise for my bday which we love. We will be back. For what we pay, it’s a reasonable amount since we love king suite apartments and are spoilt, but if we visit Penrith often enough we may have to downgrade for economics (we’re not too spoilt, it was mainly part of a present for my bday). The room is nice a modern, great sound bar for the tv and music. Duel aircons, washer dryer combo, good kitchen set up, very comfortable stay.
Beautiful spacious rooms. Our room was huge with a large kitchen and washer and dryer. Really loved the double shower too and the massive balcony. The secure under cover parking was amazing.
The rooftop pool and bar with delicious cocktails was also beautiful. Felt like I was somewhere other than Penrith.
The reset facility was just beautiful and felt very high end with a gorgeous spa, sauna and steam room!!!! Pay the extra dollars and do it it’s worth it
Comfortable rooms right next to the Penrith Leagues Club, which had entertainment of all sorts for all ages. Lots of places to eat, lots to do, could happily spend a long weekend well entertained there. If you didn't feel like going out several of the restaurants in the Penrith Club could be delivered to your room via room service.
The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the room was brilliant- a lot of space and facilities in the room, but the location was the best thing. 2 minute walk to Nepean Hospital, 5 minute walk to the train station, 3 minute walk to the shops and a pub, and easy to navigate to and find.
The rooms were very spacious. was a short walk or drive to shopping and food stores. bed was comfortable. had separate room to living area with both having air con units. the bed was comfortable. would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Penrith.
As a couple we were both very happy with the room but what made our stay was the couple/ management of the hotel/motel/Inn. Unlike other places we have stayed at in the Penrith area, the staff we way above above any other.
Everything was great, bed was comfy, air con was great, close to Panthers, price for the room was so much cheaper than the Mecure at Panthers. Person at the desk, very friendly, great customer service.
The hotel is new , clean and the staff are so helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Great location in Penrith right on the High Street and at the bottom of the Blue Mountains. All boxes ticked !
The location was ideal to visit family, access to public transport (train and bus) was literally across a pedestrian bridge as was numerous food outlets and a Westfield shopping centre.
Have stayed here numerous times. It is value for money and a good location but nothing fancy. It suits my needs when staying in Penrith and travelling to the immediate surrounds.
Easy check in, great food, great helpful staff, easy parking, very close to Penrith, and little snack packs complimentary was an added bonus, very comfortable and clean
Conveniently located near the heart of Penrith.
The bed was comfortable and the room had a quaint feel.
Staff were friendly and helpful during the check-in process.
The hotel was absolutely fantastic! The location was amazing, the bathroom lighting was perfect, and everything was super clean. It was a 10 out of 10 experience!
