Extremely clean and well kept motel, every piece of furniture and bathroom like just bought from a shop. The host & hostess were so kind and helpful I felt I have to come back as soon as possible. Rheinsteig-path goes right behind the hotel.

Hotel is about 5 minutes walk from Koblenz Hbf, and I will definitely stay there again. I did have the breakfast but for, I think, 17 euros, I thought it was overpriced. Next time I'll go to Yorma's in the station. The room was fine, the staff were friendly and welcoming.

The room was brilliant; very cozy and modern. The breakfast was the best so far after 12 days hiking the Rheinburgenweg and Rheinsteig. The location is right on the Rheinsteig and just off the Altstadt…perfect. I really hated to leave in the morning rain. My Treasure, the manager, asked me to take a ssndwich from the breakfast for lunch. Then she gave me an apple when I checked out. This place knows how to make you feel at home.

The hike up to the castle above the town is scenic and takes about 30 minutes. Another hike a bit longer goes to a neighboring hill with great views of the town and castle for photos. The hotel was pleasant, accommodations reasonably priced and roomy, with access to a garden. The breakfast was super. Go to the Braubacher Weingarten and try the local wines.CindyUnited States

We were reluctant to leave the room and its terrace, so breathtaking were the views of the Rhina and the ships. Just make sure to book and get a room with "river view". The large free hotel car park was a great bonus.

And the breakfasts, in the morning, were delicious. The bag provided to us, to take the unused bread rolls with us for lunch was a welcome surprise. We would love to visit Hotel Garni Maaß again!
