The location is perfect for us on our journey to Steamboat Springs. After our long journey from Scotland, it breaks up the drive.

A great hostel! The rooms are comfortable and clean, bathrooms are also clean and modern. The bar is a great spot to meet other travellers or even some locals with multiple other areas to sit and relax if you're not feeling as social. The hot tub was perfect after a long day of snowboarding! The bus stop is within walking distance and will take you to the ski resorts, too.
I had a slight mishap with my check in but that was rectified and I can safely say I would recommend The Pad and will definitely stay next time I visit.

We stayed for 3 nights, would love to have extended the trip by 1-2 nights. Silverthorne is a charming mountain town, ideally situated in the middle of a handful of Colorado's most popular ski resorts! Our sons who are AVID snowboarders consider Silverthorne to be the epic place to live (and they've traveled the world to snowboard).

Silverthorne is a brautiful city.
Silverthorne is a brautiful city. We went skiing at Keystone - a great resort for beginners. The hotel was awful - keys didn't work, no one got any sleep, breakfast was only donuts & cereal - Rooms were old, noisy and outdated for the money. The area, however was beautiful! The pool was not good swimming - the water was not kept up to where it should be./

A pretty neat place along the Interstate that actually offer more than one would expect. Lots of modernized areas with shopping malls and good restaurants, worth stopping and staying there on the way from or to Denver. The Mint Steakhouse is quite recommendable, an unusual experience to grill your steak yourself, which works out excellent with the very supportive and friendly staff there.

If you don't mind staying at a place with a luke warm food offering, this is your place. Rooms are clean, big and comfortable. Housekeeping is ONLY upon request. Staff is very kind and very helpful. Couple of things I would prefer (better breakfast food and daily housekeeping) but overall OK. I like the Dillon/Silverthorne area better than pricey Breckenridge. Lots of places to eat, hike, ride. Only 10 miles to ski Breck and even less to Keystone. Of interest, parking fee in addition to your room fee.

The hotel was close to the I-70 and across the street from a good craft brewery. It was an easy drive to Breckenridge where the art show we participated was happening. It was also close to restaurants and retail stores.

We enjoyed many close hiking trails with stunning views of the mountains and lots of wildlife. We also loved the shopping that was available very close by--groceries and clothing and the local fly shop for fishing. We also bought take out from several local restaurants as well as great coffee and Mexican food.
This is a nice and clean Quality Inn in a great location. It has nice bed linens, warmer comforter, and lots of towels. I see that there is a pool and spa, also.
The BEST thing is that the breakfast was surprisingly great. They had everything you find at a Holiday Inn except biscuits and gravy, thank god. :)
The hotel is at a convenient location because it was in close proximity to restaurants, shops, and activities. Although the hotel did not have information present regarding what is available nearby, I was able to find things to eat and do online.
Stunning location and such a beautiful hotel/hostel making the very most of the views, couldn't recommend more highly! Wonderful staff Duane at the bar and Matt at check in made it such a memorable stay, will definitely be back
The location was excellent. So close to Silverthorne for my kids and husband to go skiing at both Keystone and Breckenridge. Loved how the basement had all of the bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. I loved that it had a garage.
It was as expected. The cheapest accommodation in the area, yet still clean and a comfy bed with good sheets. The hot tub for apres ski was appreciated. Breakfast was very simple but hey, it was free.
Silver is an older construction hotel, very clean, staff very helpful, very comfortable, Continental breakfast bar was good, ate in room. Will stay here again when I am staying in Silverthorne again
This is a basic, no frills hotel. Staff are nice and helpful, but keep your expectations in check. Room units provide AC / heat, beds are basic but clean; small bathrooms but functional
The continental breakfast was sparse at best. There were bagels, sweet buns and whole wheat bread, but no butter. The website said there were grills available. There were not.
