They did not have a reservation for us, but charged my credit card for $44.01. The manager was talking to some people who were renting a room on a full time basis. I tried to give him the confirmation number and he informed me again that he did not have a reservation for us and to leave. If I had read the reviews on this nasty place, I certainly would not have given it a second look. I believe I deserve a refund since he would not even talk to me or try to look up the confirmation number. Please reply.

In some ways we felt we were on our own - great and helpful man at checkin but then we only saw someone in morning at breakfast. May be busier during work week. Easy access to restaurants by car although one recommendation was a short walk, we just opted for other places. I recommend this property for a Jackson visit.
