Booking.com only provided me with a physical address to the building but not the unit #. It was confusing as I do not recall receiving a pin code or apartment unit # either by text or email after. I contacted the phone # listed on my booking confirmation and the owner/host was responsive and helpful.
Located 5 minutes’ walk from lake access and the Osage Beach Premium Outlets, this hotel serves complimentary continental breakfast to all guests. Free WiFi access is available.

Easy to find right off the highway and located near several restaurants and gas stations. Staff was very nice and accommodating! Key card worked very well on both the outside door and my room door, no problems at all.
There was plenty to do and enjoy. We enjoyed a helicopter flight with Lake Ozark Helicopters, golfed on Maragritaville's course, had breakfast at The Cozy Cafe and then toured Bridal Cave, and watched the sun set while eating dinner at Horseshoe Bend Bar and Grill and at Baxter's Lakeside Grille. Of course, you can't forget to go for yummy ice cream at Grandpa's Ice Cream. The area is beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We loved Lake of Ozarks.
We loved Lake of Ozarks. It was wonderful, Don't ever stay at Rockwood Motel, The guy that runs it, is unreal. Very very rude and irogant. I'm guessing he doesn't like people with disabilities. We had a problem ,he wouldn't let my blind grand daughters service dog stay. From what I seen on line we were not the first ones to complain about that. So we stayed at Osage Village Inn. That was the best place ever. Very kind and understanding.

Definitely a wide variety of tastes are available.
Definitely a wide variety of tastes are available. You can see influences from both Kansas City and St Louis style foods, as well as local area businesses on their own strip compared to the main strip which contains most national chains. There's plenty to do both on and off the lake, with specific areas obviously tailored towards full families and children, and other areas more obviously tailored towards the bar crowd and nightlife. Residency and tourism seem to coexist, as it is apparent as a tourist that people do actually live here year-round, quite often just down the road or right next door to where you might be staying. This is so different from the city of Branson, who tries in every way to show that they are simply a tourist trap. I could retire here and not feel like I've missed anything.

The hotel swimming pool and swim up bar was nice.
The hotel swimming pool and swim up bar was nice. Drinks were very pricey at $12 per glass for a frozen margarita. The restaurant at encore was nice with good food. The hotel room itself was dirty and unkept. The faucet handles in the shower did not work properly. Bug was found in the bathtub. The water was turned off on our first day for a while without being notified. And the floors and bathtub in the room were filthy. The beds were comfy. Location was good. Price was too much for what you got.

Always love the Lake of the Ozarks!
Always love the Lake of the Ozarks! Enjoyed all the different restaurants and bars. Wobbly Boots was our favorite place to eat. Also enjoyed Bentley’s! We were disappointed in the rooms at The Resort of the Ozarks for the price!

The lake was nice. Fun things to do around town.
The lake was nice. Fun things to do around town. Lodge of the four seasons needs to do a complete overhaul of their property. The place is pretty disgusting. You wouldn’t know by walking in to the lobby. Looked nice enough but the rooms were a disgrace.
The staff was so great and accommodating. I had a complicated situation and the manager took time to make adjustments and get me taken care of. The rooms were quiet and CLEAN, I had actually left a dirty hotel and I went there last minute so I was very grateful! The pool was pretty clean and lots of outdoor seating. Very quaint and homey.
If you only want to get drunk, swim, and don’t have your family with you this place is perfect for that. The hotel lobby with the water walls is very nice and the room itself was very clean. The setup of the outdoor pool is nice and the indoor pool has a great depth for kids to swim.
I got a King suite and the size of the room was very nice. Had a balcony with a lake view, a good size sectional, big bathroom, and small kitchen area. The best part is that they allow dogs! Although they charge you $75 per night so be aware of that extra fee!
We really like the area the view of the lake the condo was pretty decent it could have been cleaner we really liked not having to mess with a front desk we went straight to the condo and was able to put a code in and go in and have a nice stay
Nice quiet area and very nice people. We got up on Friday, and the coffee maker did not work, I had three people in our party who has to have their coffee in the morning. I called the host and she had one delivered later that morning.
Hidden gem. This place was amazing from the start. The owners were great. The room was very clean. My wife said it was the best sleep she has had away from home. Would highly recommend and look forward to staying here again.
Me and my family can’t wait to come back and stay! Everything about this place exceeded my expectations. Great value and it’s right on the water and anything and everything you may need is right down the road!
Very clean condo, everyone around the area was very nice and the pool area was much needed. Having a belcony was awesome but there were hornets lingering which was a little annoying.
The outdoor pool area by the bar was nice and spacious, the multiple restaurant options on the resort were nice as well, bar by the pool, views of the lake
