Breakfast was good. Location of hotel was nearby to many places. The room was very clean and nicely furnished. I liked that the hotel had a fitness room and a pool. The pool area and water was nice, maybe more heat and warmer water temps...it was a little chilly to go in. The lobby and its seating area was peaceful and comfy, nicely furnished too.

They advertise a pool but it is not open during COVID. They advertise room service but is not utilized due to COVID. These were the only reasons I chose this specific hotel. The man at the front desk said that is booking.com's mistake not theirs. Other than that it was okay. The facility itself is beautiful. The room was clean.

The place is clean and smells good, good location and friendly front desk staff and management! Nicely renovated and upgrade. Free laundry and excellent dryers. Need to have breakfast and house keeping should be more diligent,when putting clean sheets on the bed; make sure they’re clean. But once I notify the house keeper on duty, she changed the pillow right away. So prompt and courteous service was a plus with Candlewood !!! Close to major highways. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I thought my room was great. It was super clean (to me, that is the #1 item of importance!) and well equipped with a small refrigerator, microwave, and a single cup coffeemaker with coffee that was pretty decent (and liquid Coffeemate vs the powdered stuff). There’s a restaurant on premises, but I didn’t try it. It was quiet at night. I slept very well!!ToniUnited States
