It was in a quiet location and the bed was very comfortable.. The staff was nice there were plenty of towels in the room. It's an older hotel, and it has some things that definitely need repairs... They need to work on the safety issues like the door locks of the hotel room... Take a visit to the crazy pig in Davidson. Great little bar area and awesome brisket... very unclean and everything in disrepair, you could write your name in the dust, very run down, floors not vacuumed, stuff spilled on the bed dust ruffle (very dusty and dirty), smoke alarm hanging down in the room, tub and bath has rust and the side of the tub had waste on it and, needs paint and repairs, no toilet tissue and I could go on, but I do not have all day. I really didn't spend much time in Cornelius, I was in the town of Lake Norman for most of my visit. That town seemed quite nice, not what I'd call "quaint", but more on the modern side. I discovered a lovely little bakery in back of the building next to the Good Will. I'd definitely recommend their almond croissants - Bakery 2B.

The area was nice and there was alot of restaurants and stores close by the hotel. The staff was really nice and made check in fast and easy. I only stayed one night so I really didn't get to experience the area like that.

I liked the location. It was not too far from Concord which has nice shopping areas and not too far from Charlotte. It appeared to be right in the middle. This area has several places to choose from in terms of the eateries...

Room was clean and access to the room was easy. I was disappointed on arrival that they didn't know I had a pet so they had to find a different room for me. That is on Booking.com. Although I had searched specifically for a pet friendly hotel, I guess Booking doesn't inform the hotel that a pet is coming. Front desk Linda took care of everything. Also, there is a $25.00 fee for pets that Booking.com doenst tell you about

I love the way I was able to get gas, fast food, stores to pick up food and clothing. The highway I was traveling to and from home was right near the hotel which was even better. Yes I will stay there again. Oh yeah though due to COVID we were allow to have a light breakfast, cereal, donuts, bagels, muffins, juice, tea & coffee. Great stay maybe next time I’ll try the pool. 🥰🥰😊😊
