The front desk staff was welcoming and the valet... noticed I left my phone in the car and hurried it back into the hotel to me. I don't know his name, but that truly impressed me.

We checked in to the hotel on Sunday, Aug 13th evening and the WIFI was not working. Nobody mentioned anything about this at check in and we had to come downstairs later on to be told by the night manager what the issue was. Your staff comped us a free breakfast which was sweet but the communication could have been a lot better at the start.

There are a lot of good hikes and opportunities to see wildlife (though we didn't get to see any). There are some varied options for length of hike and shade, etc. I would have liked to have done the Quests they have on the NPS website but we didn't have time. The one thing I did not expect was how long it took to get between trails. Sometimes it took 20 minutes! Felt like we wasted a lot of time driving! The Falls were fairly unimpressive, but it's still always nice to see a waterfall. The visitor center was great and the ranger was very helpful in planning our hikes for the day! We ate at the Tinker Creek Tavern. It was good but unimpressive.

I recommend walking through the park Mary Campbell Cave.
I recommend walking through the park Mary Campbell Cave. We also liked to walk with the children in Deer lick cave, Cuyahoga Valley National Park. But parking is just a problem, you need to try to find a place in this park.

Everyone that we ask directions from, and my friend loves to ask directions tried to give us as much information as they knew mostly from their phone and google maps, but we kept getting lost. I really think if I knew that the hotel was really on Newberry Street not Main it would have made some difference. It is really on that street that turns into Main Street at the very end. My main goal was to get to the "Deck the Halls""
dinner and light show at Stan Hyett 13 miles away on time and we made it.

Beautiful nature trails and a cute downtown area along the river. The national park is about a 10-15 minute drive from Cuyahoga Falls city center, but once at the park the trail head to the falls is right off the parking lot. Viewing platforms for the falls are accessible via a 10 minute or less walk along wooden walkways and stairs. If nature isn't your cup of tea, then be sure to visit Front Street area at night for some dining and live music.

The renovated river front area is an up and coming district.
The renovated river front area is an up and coming district. Good nightlife but nothing much is open before 4 or 5 PM. Front street could really use a distinctive coffee bar. Flurrys serves good breakfasts but only has regular coffee heating on a Bunn warmer. Ohio Brewing is an exception in being open around lunch.
The house was gorgeous and super clean. Even better in person than the pictures! Very well appointed kitchen with beautiful appliances and a coffee bar and snack basket!! It couldn't have been more perfect for our group of 4. Huge sitting areas on both floors, and in a beautiful peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Great spaces for multiple guests to have their own bathrooms and loved the huge dining table, plus working desks in the rooms were a plus. The host was super responsive and friendly - I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!
Very friendly hotel staff, starting with the manager Mr. Chita, very clean facilities with no cigarette smell, very fast wifi, in the office you can find coffee, juice and muffins for breakfast, located on a main road close to food pubs and Walmart, dollar tree, if you go by bus the bus route that goes from Akron is 31-32 and passes very close to the hotel. The room has refrigerator and microwave.
The home was on a quiet street in a nice residential neighborhood just minutes from the popular Front Street area. The home has ample space and sleeping arrangements for a large group and has a fun "Jetsons" vibe with the decor. Linens and bath towels were very nice and beds were comfortable. Internet was fast and there are multiple TVs/Roku provided.
Breakfast was great. Renovation going on so some paint smell. Our room had been renovated but ceiling lamp wasn’t secured to ceiling and tub faucet had a perpetual leak. We let the front desk know and they thanked us. Loved the spaciousness of the room, just wish it wasn’t located in such a industrial area-my fault for not looking at that before.
The front desk staff was welcoming and the valet... noticed I left my phone in the car and hurried it back into the hotel to me. I don't know his name, but that truly impressed me.
