La Roche en Ardenne is a little village with lovely countryside for hiking, biking, kayaking and probably even trout fishing although we did not do that.

The room was perfect, the bar had any kind of beer, liquor or wine you could want, the staff were friendly and accommodating and multilingual, breakfast was amazing, and they have a sauna/relaxation room. The best part is, you might get to meet Charlie the hotel dog on your stay! 10/10!

The Wildlife park is really worth a visit but it is a steep 2,5KM walk. You can drive, though we didnt.
The views over La Roche, from the castle are excellent.
There are plenty of places to eat and dink, however they can get very busy in a Saturday evening. We ate at the Chinese restaurant with a lovely view out over the river.
There are lots of walking opportunities.
There is free parking although one of the car parks is used for a market.

A beautiful historic town in Ardenne, next to Ourthe river. Multitude of hiking trails, actually endless opportunities
to walk and cycle. If you don`t cycle, get a bus and head to Belgian Ardenne and walk anywhere, everywhere, in safety on excellent trails.

We stayed in the Castle View apartment.
Highly recommend this apartment!! It has a lovely terrace and amazing view to the Castle. It's a very beautiful and clean apartment in a great location.
Kitchen has a dishwasher and is fully equipped!!
Owner responds very fast to emails and they have a great webpage with info about apartment and surroundings.
It's in the centre of La Roche and near to restaurants (and local hiking opportunities).
There is free parking in short walking distance.
This residence was a dream property to stay in. Clean, comfortable and all the class of a Belgium village in La Roche en Ardenne. I visited this town about 7 years ago. Have always wanted to come back to this place and this home provided a beautiful 2nd experience! Will book again when we come next. A few meters from the towns church and amenities (stores, restaurants, castle). I love this place and look forward to returning in the future to explore and learn more of the area!
The location of the apartment and the view from the balcony are great, nature lovers will enjoy it. The town is a 20 minute walk away. There are lots of hiking trails and other nature activities in the area.
The host gave us a warm welcome with some local beer, which was very nice.
The kitchen is fully equipped with devices, pots, pans and dishes, and even a dishwasher with dishwasher tablets provided.
The apartment was among the cheaper offerings in the area.
Communication with staff (Marvin) was good but could have been more effective. The hotel did not provide breakfast but offered vouchers for partner restaurants / bakerys nearby. This was communicated via E-Mail. When we arrived it turned out that the vouchers consisted only in a 10% discount on the normal price. If we had known this beforehand, we probably would have changed our booking.
Very cosy, cute, little hotel.
Family owned I believe.
breakfast was small but had all the elements you needed.
Super friendly staff, you see they love what they do!
Perfect location as it is in the middle of the village.
We enjoyed our little getaway, it was a romantic setting and we needed nothing more ♥️
The hotel is surprisingly charming, set on a hill overlooking the village with stunning views of the river and the mountains. Our bedroom was big and the twin beds were really confortable. Breakfast was served in a room packed with antiques giving the whole experience a special touch
There happened to be Halloween at the castle and it was fantastic. The hotel is very solid and comfy, you even get a surprisingly large outside area out back. The owner was very helpful when I called them to let me in. La Roche is gorgeous and so is its surrounding area.
The owners and staff were very friendly and helpful. Great service! The hotel and it's surroundings are very well maintained and looked great. The room was pretty big and super clean. The breakfast room is cosy and the breakfast was good. The hotel has it's own parking.
conveniently situated in the heart of La Roche en Ardennes; very warm welcome even thou there was a language barrier; incredibly helpful in organizing our route back on public transport despite the fact that there was supposed to be a strike
The location is perfect, in the heart of the old town, and we were able to park our motorcycles right in front of the hotel. Simon, the owner was the perfect host, and couldn't have done more to make sure our stay was excellent.
Cozy, romantic and in the perfect location, right next to the castle and in the middle of the town. Easy access and the host was communicative and helpful with the check-in and general information.
Small hotel, Perfect location, free public parking around the hotel, 2 steps from main shopping street, good breakfast, warm rooms, some good restaurants nearby and some good hiking trails.
Great staff, very amiable, friendly and keen to assist. The hotel is priced fairly and very conveniently situated just as you enter the town. It totally met my expectations.
We loved this hotel. The location was beautiful, gardens were lovely and a short drive into the town. Accepts dogs. Room was warm and clean. Had everything we needed.
Lovely and warm b&b, very comfortable. Well located, just 5-7 minutes drive to La Roche en Ardenne center. Breakfast is great and Noisette is an excellent host!
