Friendly welcome at the reception and a nice room with enough space for our luggage. Parking is of course not an issue, right in front of the room. The location is great, 2 blocks south there's a lot of restaurants, though they were quite busy. But we got a table eventually. Slept quite well. No breakfast option (or we missed it), but there are bakeries in town, so no problem for us.
Mid City Motel Warrnambool offers comfortable and affordable quality accommodations along the famous Great Ocean Road. Free car parking and free WiFi are provided throughout the property.

That you have a manned and accessible Reception with friendly and helpful staff who make it easy and pleasant to check in. Your other staff and managers were also very friendly and attentive and made us feel welcome.
The room and site was very clean, attractive and well maintained.
The position of your Motel is excellent and we were able to easily access, on foot, a wide variety of shops, restaurants and interesting sites.

we had a very good time we spent one week the highlight was a night light show that was fantastic i was told about this by one of the members of my community house that i belong to and i am glad that we did not miss it. We couldn't believe our eyes when a screen came down into the water and a face of an aboriginal man spoke to us what a joy. And of course the great ocean road with all its sites.

I stayed in Warrnambool for five days for radiation at Warrambool Cancer Centre, accommodated mostly at Rotary House, The Cancer Centre and Rotary House are beautiful facilities for country people in need of specialist medical services that require overnight stays. The Peter's Project Lounge at the cancer centre is a great place to rest, read, watch tv and talk to volunteers. However, five days was long enough as I was eager to get home and back to work. It would have been easier if I'd had access to a car during this time. I would have gone on afternoon trips to Portland, Port Fairy, Timboon Ice Cream, Koroit Bakery etc. I enjoyed Turmeric Latte and Gypsy Salad at Day Kitty (an organic cafe) and went to the beach once. I enjoyed working at Warrnambool Library, on the second floor with access to computers and a view of the ocean.

Love the ocean location and all the walking possibilities.
Love the ocean location and all the walking possibilities. There are also good places to eat in and around the town. The town is big enough to have all the necessary shops and facilities but small enough to get around easily. Lots of beautiful tree-lined streets for shade make walking a pleasure.

Warrnambool is a beautiful place to visit.
Warrnambool is a beautiful place to visit. The Deep Blue Springs is a great place to visit. Reasonable, relaxing place and enjoy all the pools. A twenty-minute drive to Pt Fairy and have a look around the marina and there was a great coffee shop for coffee. Nice shops in the main street of Warrnambool. All the dining places we went to eat were very good and we had not trouble with the food.

Warrnambool is very bike friendly and one end of the port Fairy to Warrnambool Rail Trail. It has lots of great restaurants and breakfast at The Pavilion was delicious. Our accommodation at Ellenora was first class—spotlessly clean, comfortable and well situated. Took our bikes on the train from Melbourne and enjoyed a car-free holiday.

I booked a family 2 bedroom unit but when we got to the property we were given a room with only one queen bed. the lady in the reception quickly fixed it and in the end we ended up having two separate rooms for family of 5. kinda disappointed for having two rooms as I cancelled my original booking at big 4 for this property but we had no choice as all 2 bedroom units were taken. only good thing the rooms that were given to us were next to each other. the rooms were spacious. raffertys tavern is worth visiting.
Room was nice, Balcony was nice although a chair out there would have been appreciated, the view was nice as I expected, having been in the location before. Bathroom was very nice. Customer service from reception desk was good. I was surprised that it was so quiet as I know there were a lot of people at a function and staying in the hotel next door (related to the Melbourne - Warrnambool Cycling race) overnight.
The house is very clean and spacious for a family. Love the huge backyard and decking. Kitchen is cosy and beautiful. The host even provided fresh bread on my arrival. You will have all basic things ready in the kitchen if you decide to cook.
Laundry is handy especially the separate dryer make your life easier when you travel with kids.
Highly recommended this beautiful home if you travel with family.
Even though the hotel is right on the main thoroughfare through Warrnambool, the double glazed windows meant the room was whisper quiet. We just needed a place to rest for the night and that’s certainly what we got. Very clean, very comfortable mattress, black out curtains, clean modern bathroom, friendly staff, everything you need for a good night’s sleep.
Incredible value for money. The room was large, clean, comfortable and had great facilities. The shower was great. Plenty of tea/coffee supplies, great laundry facilities. Ian the owner/manager is a wonderful human. I also liked that room keeping was by request only - no surprises from housekeeping when you’re having a sleep-in!
Great location, close to the beach & close to town ! Driving or walking! My only disappointment was that I would have loved to bring my dog with me & you don’t really say if your a pet friendly park! Other than that I’d come back & stay again with you ! I really enjoyed my stay
Hopkins House Motel & Apts is one of the best Motels I have stayed in.
The staffs are super friendly. Mick and his colleague called and emailed me to notice the backpack we forgot in the room. Thank you so much.
We enjoyed our stay and definitely will be back.
the place really felt like a home away from home. it was well equipped with all the necessities. everything was spick and span, neat and tidy! my family was all praises for this place. a pity we only booked for 1 night. will come back again next time!
Good location, comfy bed, super easy check-in, the room was full of small details that make you forget that you are at a hotel. By far, this is the best budget-friendly hotel I have ever seen. I definitely would stay again.
This was a great central place to stay in warrnambool. it includes free entry to the Flagstaff Hill Museum and 20% off in the gift shop. Staff at the museum were lovely and helpful. The house was beautiful and spacious.
The location near the beach was excellent. Can easily walk from hotel to beach. The proximity to city center was a bit long to walk so had to drive into town. This was not evident from the booking information.
Clean and comfortable and everything that I needed. I was not aware how far the hotel was from the center of town, and this could be better explained in the rundown of the amenities.
Greeting from reception staff.
Welcoming from lovely male front desk reception at the sanctuary. House Services staff all very friendly.
Room was lovely and warm upon arrival.
Room was noisy, & dated, would not call it value for money.
Family stayed in motel across the road equally as good of a location, room was tidier and cheaper
Great staff, apartment and location. It was perfect for a family like us. We provided all we needed. Very charming and great facility with swimming pool!
