Wiltz is a beautiful small town in the north of Luxembourg - we had never been here before, and we found it lovely. The hotel was beautiful and immaculate; our room was spacious and comfortable and came with a beautiful deck; our breakfast was fabulous -wonderful Luxembourg bread and FARM BUTTER TO DIE FOR. We’d go back in a minute. Highly recommend!!!

It's a good base for the area.
It's a good base for the area. The castle with the brewery, museum and Battle of the Bulge museum were interesting (1/2 a day max). Its worth climbing the tower for the view. There's a enough bars & restaurants to offer variety for a few days. We're not hikers, so no idea on that.

A pleasant little town - good for a relaxing weekend but don't expect too much in way of shops - castle and museum is nice as it the Parc de Wiltz. The restaurant at the hotel is great and we were able to sit in the garden, good food and wine choices.. great service.

My room had the good feel of a bedroom in a house, and not an antiseptic hotel room. In a quiet location by a river, free parking was available right outside the hotel. My room was large, the bed very comfortable and I had the best night's sleep in a long time. A fantastic service is to make the indoor swimming pool exclusively available for 40 minutes, and you can rent towels and bathrobes. Dinner was fabulous, and breakfast was good. I would happily stay here again.

Breakfast was very good, quite lot of options (cold buffet). City of Wiltz is small, nice, with some WW2 relics (tank f.e.) and observatory tower. Also recommend (if you are interested in WW2) Schumannseck, which is memorial forest few km from Wiltz, were heavy fights occured during Battle of Bulge.
