Area looks recently developed and all the surrounding buildings appear new. Very quiet and safe. Easy on/off with the freeway. Breakfast location is just off the lobby and is very convient. Good selection of food plus offered fried eggs. Lobby has around the clock coffee and tea. Young lady who checked us in was very helpful. We requested a room with grab bars in the tub and she put us in 307. It was perfect and soon after accessing the room she called to make sure we were happy with it. Impressed with how pro-active she was.

The location was fine. For many years we had stayed at the Best Western near Wayne Gretzky Drive, but our last two experiences there were awful---loud and out-of-control (drunk) people in the hallways, together with their unsupervised children, whom the management chose to ignore despite our requests to take some action. We found your hotel peaceful and relaxing after a long day of driving from Boston. The staff at your hotel was helpful. While the breakfast was awful, the young man attending it was very nice. Your hotel is also convenient to the highway, and one needs only go back 403 a short distance to find a variety of places to eat.

The space was great and had everything you would need for a comfortable stay in Cambridge. The digital key for access was also handy as I was arriving quite late, but was able to get my key prior to arrival. Would absolutely stay here again in future.
