Everything was kept in nicer condition. 3 fully functional bathrooms allowed for the family to prepare to go out quickly. Indoor parking was a bonus. Easy access to 401, makes it a great spot to stop on route to somewhere, or to go something in the Kitchener/Cambridge area.

Nice place and pretty quiet even being close to the 401.
Nice place and pretty quiet even being close to the 401. The staff were very and nice and accommodating as there was a fair amount of young hockey players in the hotel which can be quite rowdy but the staff chose to place us at the end of a corridor to help with the noise. It was very good.

As I said before..it was very unkempt ..lots of things not working. Hard to find.. sign was burnt out . Lots of stuff in room not working. Carpet falling apart. Morning, Two issues I, had were , the toilets didn't flush well. The biggest issue was no hot water. Let the shower run and run and had enough warm water too shower. Enjoyed the hot tub very much. Thank you Lorna Jess Is there a lost & found ? Left my bathing suit in my room ? #405AAnonymous

The garden grounds are delightful, full of nature plants but with a peaceful decking area. Sadly we didn’t stay long enough to enjoy the outside areas. The basement has the most luxurious carpeting I’ve ever seen! Great quality linen & towels and they were available in abundance. Wish I had known there was a restaurant in the building. We stopped to pick up a takeout dinner before checking in. Apparently the food is very good. LOVE that the rooms have laminate floors. Absolutely hate carpeted hotel rooms - gross. Love the art work in the room apparently done by staff.
