Meh...It is fine for a shopping trip when returning to Canada from the US. Huge Walmart and decent Kohls. A must to gas up at, decent Red Robin. A stopover or event place as opposed to to vacation place

Restaurant condemned, pool out of order, no extra towels, limited to non existent housekeeping, hotel made major safety error giving out room my wife’s key to a complete stranger and until confronted with a call to head office nothing would have been done…even at that just one night taken off bill. Front desk even hung up on me when I was trying to understand how this happened to my wife and young children who were alone on-a girls shooing trip. I wanted to see if they could be moved into a new room for safety (which was a no!) and at the very least was the key given out cancelled but I was hung up on. After that my wife was made to feel like she was overreacted by being scared that her room key was given to a complete stange man who entered my room at 11:30pm in an area known for human trafficking. They even have a sign on the hotel room doors to watch out for human traffickers. Do not stay at this hotel or chain.

If you’re going to or coming from Canada it’s a great place to stop. The town has everything you need, and there’re many places to eat, a museum, and plenty of out door activities, and quite historical.

The motel was very centered amongst shopping, dinning and other facilities. I used the pool and it was clean and well maintained.
The staff were friendly and very efficient. We ate at a wonderful Mexican restaurant called “hacienda “ and it was less than a mile from the motel.

The Watertown Hampton Is friendly, clean, beautiful rooms, even the sheets felt like silk! Housekeeping was excellent.
Hotel management was friendly and efficient. The restaurant sfaff is great, especially JAZZ! This is our 3rd visit to this hotel, and will always stay here in Watertown.
The king suite was great - very clean, strong hot shower, and did include a refrigerator and microwave. It was located right near numerous restaurants (Indian, Japanese, Health Food, Italian, Chinese, Historic Diners, etc.), as well as right near major shopping centers (Wal-Mart, Best Buy, Ollie's, malls, etc.). There's a great 4.5 mile bike path on the western end of Watertown. Sackets Harbor is only about 10 miles from this Travelodge. Cape Vincent, Clayton and Alex Bay are also within an easy drive, as is the Canadian border.
This is my second time staying at the Hampton inn Watertown;I liked it from the first time I stayed . The hotel have great staff ;Emily was so pleasant at check in & her beautiful smile and great customer service made me feel so welcome. The facility is very clean and my bed was supper comfortable. Also when I was checking out Liz was great ; she made sure I had a awesome stay & her customer service was excellent. I will choose this hotel always every time I visit Watertown!
I’ve stayed at this hotel periodically over the past few years. It’s a convenient location to shopping, restaurants and local attractions; and adjacent to the main interstate to Fort Drum (US Army 10th Mountain Division) and the Thousands Island Bridge to Canada. The rooms/beds are clean and comfortable. Staff is always friendly and responsive to guest questions or concerns. The breakfast provided includes excellent coffee, hot food items, fresh pastries and fruit.
It was clean, the breakfast was amazing and the lady working it did an excellent job staying on top of keeping all the items full. My favorite part was the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash that was in the shower on the wall, ever hotel should have this! Thank you so much!
Location downtown was quiet and safe and revealed an attractive part of Watertown that we would never have known if we had stayed close to the I-81 as we normally do. Lovely swimming pool, large for a hotel. Good breakfast.
always a great and reliable hotel to stay at. The staff are great, rooms are very clean and the breakfast is fantastic! Close, but not too close to the highway and all central amenities
The pool was very warm. It was not what I was expecting. Usually I do not enjoy a hotel pool because they’re normally cold. Loved it!! The staff were all very accommodating and friendly.
