It is an older hotel. It is apparent that improvements are being done. It was clean. Staff was friendly. We did not have breakfast, so not sure about it.
This place should not be open for business. Major reconstruction is taking place. There is dirt in the parking lot, mattresses and furniture line the halls, the advertised breakfast was not available, no hot water, electric outlets were not eorhing, no coffee for the coffeemaker. I opened one of the doors near my room and saw a huge gold being dug in the earth. Could be dangerous. I would like a refund!

The 285 South to Pecos from Carlsbad is under construction...
The 285 South to Pecos from Carlsbad is under construction and the truckers and speed limits made that last part of my drive very dangerous. Tell Txdot to get that fixed before more people are hurt or killed out there.
I picked this place because it was only one floor. I was told they are the only Inn in Pecos that is one story. The room was comfortable and breakfast was satisfactory. The only problem was all the road that made it very difficult to get in and out but that isn't the Inn's doing.
No breakfast, just complimentary coffee, which I never chose to partake in. Pretty much the only budget inn in the Orla, TX area, so you get what you pay for. Booking got me in the hotel, now I NEED a way out of this little cave I have found myself in.
clean; solid walls-no hearing neighbors; key swiper worked better than the swipes at most hotels.
super soft bedding and towels. comfy beds.
biscuits and gravy was good
complimentary water in full size
friendly staff; soft toilet paper and Kleenex
Our room was very spacious and clean.
The breakfast buffet was amazing, never saw such variety in a hotel before.
There was a nice pool and hot tub, but we didn't use it.
This was the best hotel we stayed at and will definitely stay here again.
I liked the service, they were punctual and made the best of my experience.tThe hotel is very clean and comfortable. No problem with phone and batteries running out none of normal irrations. I loved it and recommend....
Love all the bright colors, loved how clean it was and was super comfortable. Also super dog friendly, the morning check out they gave our dog some milk bones.
