We had little misunderstanding on rate due to exchange rate but they honored the rate from booking.com. It was booking.com's fault and owner honored the rate. The staff waited for us really late since my flight was delayed and rental car place was late also. Very friendly and nice. Good heating and great location to get out of the city, El Calafate.
