We were pleasantly surprised when we entered the room, very happy with and in fact we both rated this the best motel we had stayed in during our trip, we had stayed in 4 others prior to yours. Yes, the cost seemed high but when comparing with some other locations the comfort/ cleanliness was more important. We loved the honesty about the potential mouse issue etc and the welcoming was so friendly and inviting. The below will not be complaints but Improvement opportunities.

Perrington Estate features air-conditioned accommodation in Nyngan. Both free WiFi and parking on-site are accessible at the guest house free of charge. Newly renovated Perrington Estate is the best place I have stayed in Nyngan. Would highly recommend.

Very accommodating management and went out of their way to assist me when they found out i would be getting there very late at night.
