This is the old style “Motor Hotel” with exterior room entrances located in an industrial area, but don’t judge a book by its cover, this place is a gem. Staff was helpful and accommodating, room was beautifully updated, squeaky clean and fresh smelling (it was even a pet friendly room). Ample parking for a large Uhaul with trailer. It’s also an RV park, so there is a little playground and large lawn out back. Lobby/ Breakfast decor reminded me of an upscale B&B, the room had a nice fridge and bed felt like a cloud.

Located in Quesnel city centre, this hotel is adjacent to Baker Memorial Hospital and 3 blocks from Billy Barker Casino. It features a continental breakfast and spacious rooms with free Wi-Fi. The breakfast was good; and the manager is always so pleasant. For the past 5 years, I only go to this Travelodge as it has great service and the manager keeps upgrading the property. It is a great place to stay. I won't stay anywhere else. They have upgrading the outside of building with paint and lights and are now doing the pool area.
