Located in Espargos, a 8-minute walk from Monte Curral, Académico do Sal provides accommodations with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. The location is perfect for business: WiFi is good, and all government services are within 2minutes walk. (immigration, tax office, municipality, chamber of commerce for opening company, tribunal, lawyers, bank). For good breakfast, there is opposite hotel a Panideira bread shop place, very well priced too. A supermarket is opposite the Panideira. If they add just 1 water kettle (for cooking water) in the big lobby (after when the bar is closed) and just 1 hairdryer also in lobby, the stay would be even better - but it was not promised, so this is just my suggestion ;) - , and this extra, would be without costing the hotel anything :) :)

Apartamento encantador com pequeno pátio escondido is located in Espargos, just a 10-minute walk from Monte Curral and 5.4 miles from Pedra Lume Salt Crater. The apartment is exactly as you see it in photos. The design is very good but this is the least impressive thing you are going to receive. Be prepared to find some food in the cabinets and in the fridge. The owners are the best part. Hugo and Monica will help you feel at home. They will give you the best recommendations about the island and answer all of your questions. We fall in love with this wonderful family. CA FILO enjoys a location in Espargos, a 12-minute walk from Monte Curral and 4.6 miles from Pedra Lume Salt Crater. Both Wifi and private parking are available at the apartment free of charge. Fantastic location, comfortable, clean, safe, an area to sit outside, the owners are so so kind and helpful and always do their best to make you feel comfortable I really enjoyed my stay.

Internet connection worked perfectly throughout the apartment.. close to airport.. 10-15 min walk to centre.. host was lovely, made me feel welcomed. Offered to keep my baggage at the apartment after check out and dropped me off to the airport. Very much appreciated.. Would definately recommend :)
