Very friendly and welcoming owner who obviously wanted us to have a good stay. The garden was great for the kids too. We really enjoyed our stay!

The Richmond Parkhotel with more than 160 years history is located in a calm part of Karlovy Vary on the bank of the Tepla river and is surrounded by an English-style park. The location of the hotel is insanely good. There is a park surrounding it and it's very calming. The hotel is within walking distance of the city centre and the pedestrian zone. Everything was really great!

This 4-star resort enjoys a quiet location in Karlovy Vary’s spa zone, just 2 km from the city centre. It offers an indoor pool, restaurant, and rooms with free internet. The stuff was professional and trained very well. The meals -: breakfast and dinner - were wonderful. The receptionists Olena and Dominique were extremely helpful in solving our accomodation nuances. Olena also directed us how to learn better the wonderful city of Karlovy Vary.
