There is a regular reliable bus service passing the hotel (10 minutes to the airport) and a local supermarket for any necessities.

El Hotel a restaurace Palfrig ocupa una antigua casa de campo y ofrece restaurante con chimenea y salón. Lovely hotel in the countryside with easy parking. We were delayed with our arrival and hotel contacted us to check whether we needed supper. They kindly allowed us to arrive at 9pm. Large room with view over the village. Good breakfast but we did not have a chance to try the main restaurant.
