This hotel overlooks the North Sea from the small, car-free island of Helgoland. It offers peaceful rooms and apartments furnished in a yacht style. Wi-Fi internet is free of charge. I went late for checkin. But the hotel staff wrote one letter and kept keys for me which gave me immense peace.

Witte Kliff Helgoland offers self-catering accommodation located in Helgoland. Free WiFi access is available. The property is 200 metres from lift and stairs to Oberland and beside the City Hall. We appreciated the view and the location.

This hotel is situated on the car-free island of Heligoland. It features a terrace with views of the North Sea, and the sandy beach is just 100 metres away. The location was great and the view of the water was nice. The place was clean, comfortable and spacious and just like it was represented online. AND the lady at the desk when we checked in was exceptional. She professionally handled grumpy guests checking in ahead of us who complained about everything. Also, on checking out, she gave us the option of paying at a different hotel, that was run by the same people, that did take credit cards. !!AND!! we left very important medication in the refrigerator, which she personally ran over to us while we were paying at the other hotel—this more than makes up for anything I wrote in the “What didn’t you like?”! Thank you so much!

This family-run guest house on the Island of Helgoland overlooks the North Sea and is just a minute’s walk to the sandy beach. Guests enjoy a fresh breakfast buffet every morning. Tasty breakfast, nice collection of fresh items. A very comfortable ambience for all guests. You can go to the kitchen at any time and grab any items you like, for instance bottle of wine or some snacks.

The room was bigger than I expected and the facilities exceeded my expectations. Everything was quite new in the room, even if it didn't look like it from outside of the hotel. The check in and check out are processed outside the hotel at a centralised office and the breakfast is also outsourced, but that doesn't create much discomfort. The scrambled eggs were exceptional.

This hotel, located right in the centre of the picturesque island of Helgoland, offers a breathtaking view of the sea and lies close to the marina and spa facilities. Very cozy rooms and relaxed atmosphere. Wonderful sea view. Great location to start exploring.
