The room wasnt available, the bathroom wasnt able. And they changed the room for another one that was good, but not the room i booked. The solved the problem changing us the room and leaving us two more hours to the the check out as courtesy.

Located within 6.2 km of Saint Francis Church and 6.7 km of Malecon 2000, SUITES GARZOTA provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Guayaquil. Nice staff, willing to help out. I would recommend. Good value for families.

We have nothing but praise for Casa Canelos: the room was huge and super clean, the bed extremely comfy, the host super friendly and welcoming and the location perfect for our short stay before an early flight out of Guayaquil (NB: reading other reviews some make comments about the location, maybe you want to have a look at the map first :-)). Also big thanks to Eli for organising our local transport downtown and later to the airport, and the flexibility to checkout really early at 3 AM as we had to check in for the flight. Our only regret that because of the early checkout we couldn’t enjoy the breakfast, which would certainly have been wonderful too! Thank you for your hospitality!
