Hotels near Lanzarote Airport - ACE, Puerto del Carmen

We found all the calm and peace we needed at this cosy apartment. The location is fantastic: just 5 walking minutes away from a wonderful beach and a shopping area with plenty of restaurants, shops, a small super-market and even a car rental office. The facilities in the apartment are great: everything is brand new and we found everything we needed. The wi-fi connection was surprisingly fast and we could even hold zoom meetings with a quality beyond our expectations!

There's nothing really to Masdache itself (no shops etc). There are many wineries nearby, and the closest main town is about 10mins away. It's a good base for day trips etc. You definately need a car though.

A lovely home away from home. Walking distance to the beach. Lovely host. Very affordable and super clean. Beautiful common lounging areas. Lots of lovely touches, like suncream, toothpaste, shampoo in the bathroom, so useful as I had an early flight and I wanted to close my suitcase.

There is not much to do in Guïme. It is a very quiet place, good for rest. It is not far from the airport (15min by car) but planes are not flying over. There is a small supermarket at 5 or 10 minutes walking. You need a rental car when you are staying in Guïme.(although, I must say there is a bus stop so I suppose you can take a bus to Puerto del Carmen or to Arrecife) It is quite centrally located. Good place for visiting several beaches + the Timanfaya National Park. Puerto del Carmen is about 15' by car, playa blanca and the volcano park about 25 or 30 minutes.

Small town, with decent services - pharmacy, shops to do groceries. We were eating in different places, however the tapas and pintxos in Tias were one of the best (La Ermita). Very close to the airport, it less than 10 minutes by car. Peaceful place.

This is a great location for a quite holiday. No loud bars or clubs , lovely restaurants and bars .Beautiful sunsets every evening. Great accommodation. However. I never got the Taxi I booked through Bookings .com. Apparently the were at the Airport when my flight was leaving Ireland and on at the arrival time. Now I have never had any issue with Bookings.com. BUT I got absolutely no satisfaction what so ever for my complaint. So paid up front for my pick up. Then had to pay again because I had no pick up. I would also like to point out that I contacted the Bookings.com chat support on the morning I was traveling to inform them that the taxi company had mailed me to say they would be collecting me at 2.05pm.This was the flight time from Ireland.They assured me all would be fine. I wont be using the bookings.com taxi service again.
