La Mesnagerie is 1 km from the centre of Jarzé and 16 km from the Château de Montgeoffroy. I just loved the history of the place, the lush diverse plants in the garden, the sounds of nature that you could hear. The whole place was out of a fairytale book, the bed was comfortable and the place just has so much charm. Breakfast was lovely. Homemade jam (the banana and kiwi some yum) with pastries and a delicious omelette too! Coffee served French style, in a bowl! The host was so friendly and welcomed you with warmness and was happy to help with any requests we had. Dog friendly! My dog loved it here as well. A tranquil oasis.

Set within Pays de la Loire and in a landscaped garden, Loire Valley Cottages offers a swimming pool, children's games, badminton, free bikes and a children's play area. It is beautifully restored and furnished. Benedicte and Paul are gracious hosts. They prepared superb dinners and provided great advice on tourism. It was a pleasure to converse with our hosts and other guests.

We loved the tranquil surroundings, the beautiful garden and nice indoor and outdoor swimming pools. The hosts are wonderful and easy going. Our children had all the space to play around. This is a place where you can really relax. The location is excellent with lots of options for sightseeing, eating out, etc. The cottages are very suitable for families. Highly recommended!

Housed in a 17th-century château, Château de Briançon is 3 km from the centre of Bauné and 19 km from Angers. This B&B offers a garden, a terrace and free WiFi access. Quite a nice place! You live really in a château. The view in the morning is super. The room is large with some old furniture, clean and cozy. So the price is quite fair. Breakfast is also good. You can also learn the history of this château by the document on the table.
