The linens and towels were fresh and high-quality, and the kitchen and bathrooms sparkled. Overall: This was a wonderful experience! The location was convenient, the apartment was quiet and secure, and everything was perfectly clean. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Just a 5-minute drive from Heathrow Airport, Leonardo London Heathrow Airport has an airport shuttle (at surcharge), fitness centre and on-site restaurant. The property was fine but the staff was very friendly but one of the Managers at reception was special. Her name Ms KHUSHBOO. She is a gold team member in the hotel she was willing to help with any problems and vey friendly.
