Nice bathroom with a great invigorating shower. I'm not sure the extractor fan was working as the room got very steamy & took a while to clear, not a major issue at all, just needs looking at. room 402, 2nd floor.

We stayed one night after dropping our child at University of East Anglia. From the listing, it looked clean, well-located and a good value. Once we arrived we saw that it was SO much more than that. The hotel is absolutely adorable, with a perfect mix of modern and classically cozy. The room was well designed with all of the amenities you’d expect. The room was absolutely spotless (as well as the rest of the hotel). The staff was super friendly and the meals were ample, delicious and also a great value.
