Great welcome pack on arrival which was greatly appreciated. Patio set in garden offered a nice alternative to sit outside when weather permitted. Close to a large supermarkets and park and ride for bus into Plymouth. Sharon communicated promptly by email and text before and throughout our two week stay.

It is in a great safe and friendly location. A bit of a hitch with parking at times but managed. The host was friendly and gave very fundamental guidance to collect keys and enter the room.

This modern hotel is on the A386, 5 miles from Plymouth city centre. It has free parking, free internet, an exercise room, and air-conditioned bedrooms with free local calls. Really spacious room with nice large bed. All normal facilities you would expect. Staff very friendly and helpful and good WiFi. Great location with hardly any noise from the main road next to the hotel. Great choice for breakfast as well. Have stayed before and will stay again. Another plus is the Fishbone restaurant on site, good food and service.

Just off the A38, with easy access to Plymouth's city centre, Dartmoor and the beaches of Devon and Cornwall, the hotel offers great value, with free parking and a restaurant and bar. The place has been refurbished to a really good standard, and the staff were first class.

The house and gardens are absolutely beautiful, perfect for three couples and a dog but would be ideal for families too, the photos don't do it justice! It's really spacious and so nicely put together. The owners were really lovely and great communication beforehand. We had a brilliant stay and would absolutely come back. Thank you!
