We had a late flight and this hotel made everything easy for me and my family. The room was lovely, everything clean and nice and the breakfast a great start for the day.

Excellent customer service.Good selection for breakfast, great shuttle bus service that costs £4 one way, every 30 mins.for me would have been better if it was a return ticket at that price. I had to travel every day back and forth.It had a M&S Express in a gas station.Nice Decor clean and smelt nice

Set in Takeley and with Hatfield Forest reachable within 5 km, Old Thatch Bambers Green offers express check-in and check-out, allergy-free rooms, free bikes, free WiFi and a garden. When I called the hosts they already knew who was calling and offered to pick me from the airport, which saved my life as the weather was bad. They've also drove me back to the airport on the next day for a reasonable charge. Both room and bathroom were cosy and clean. There was an USB power plug on the wall so I was able to charge my devices.
