Bedroom view is the nice lake, pretty seals, and birds. Feeling like I were in the beautiful fairy tale.

Linn and Adam are charming hosts (Linn was waiting outside to greet me on arrival). The breakfast was hearty and home cooked local ingredients added to my enjoyment.

Braeswick B&B is a property situated on the island of Sanday, a ferry ride away from Kirkwall and Stromness. Free WiFi is offered. The Loth ferry terminal is 3.5 km away. Jon was very welcoming and helpful, from letting us leave the bags in the B&B while finishing the cycling the next day, to cooking a delicious dinner for us. The dining room has stunning views over the coastline. I'll be back for sure!

Our ferry was canceled and we had to stay another night. Thank goodness. What a wonderful place to stay for an extra night. So clean, well equipped and the location is awesome. Thank you Sarah.
