Bedroom view is the nice lake, pretty seals, and birds. Feeling like I were in the beautiful fairy tale.

Lin and Adam went above and beyond to make our stay a good one- Lin picked us up and dropped us off for the ferry and to start a walk to Noup Lighthouse, Adam rescued us when I wore out after 6 km and then took us to see the Castle on the way back. The breakfasts were delicious and plentiful cooked by the lovely Jodi.Reid Hall was comfortable and beautifully furnished and decorated. Very spacious. Modern bathroom, lovely views. They all gave us lots of tips and advice about what to do on Westray. I hope to return, but recommend taking a car as buses are limited. However the taxi service was good when needed. Everyone I met were friendly and I saw puffins!

Braeswick B&B is a property situated on the island of Sanday, a ferry ride away from Kirkwall and Stromness. Free WiFi is offered. The Loth ferry terminal is 3.5 km away. Jon was very welcoming and helpful, from letting us leave the bags in the B&B while finishing the cycling the next day, to cooking a delicious dinner for us. The dining room has stunning views over the coastline. I'll be back for sure!

We loved watching the fulmars soaring, they are nesting in the cliff. We also saw a gannet! The cottage is perfect, very comfy and a good kitchen. Free eggs were lovely and the chickens next door are very friendly.

Lochview is set in Swannay. The accommodation is 31 km from Kirkwall, and guests benefit from complimentary WiFi and private parking available on site. Everything, a beautiful flat, spotlessly clean, everything you could possibly need. In a stunning location, peaceful, stunning views and the hosts Richard and Janet made us feel very welcome.
