For our purposes it is like a home away from home. The attention given to comfort, decor and equipment for self catering is great. A short walk to the beach and you can also walk into town, which takes a little longer to do, but it is a lovely walk. Car parking is very easy too.

The place was unexpectedly great, since we found ourselvelves to the best house 🏡 for family of 2 kids, 4 & 6 years old, in our 1st time in Preveza region. Rooms clean, brand new, modern design & with 2 bathrooms. The bathroom in the 2nd floor was extremely big & kids loved it. Netflix, 3 AC's, all the kitchen accessories etc were already there by Kostas, the positive & gentle owner of the mezonette. Preveza Beach 🏖️ 100m of walking distance & Preveza downtown 10 minutes walking distance. Perfect place for families. Highly recomended if you wish practility & possible relaxation with the company of 2 energetic kids 😉. Tennis court 🎾 200m distance.
