Built in yellow sandstone architecture in Jaisalmer, 1.4 km from Jaisalmer Fort, Jaisalmer Marriott Resort & Spa features a temperature controlled swimming pool, a 24 hours fitness centre and an... We stayed at the Marriott for one night after staying at the desert tent before we caught the overnight train to Jaipur. The hotel lobby was grand and provided a lot of recreational facilities to the guests. The breakfast was one of the best during our trip. They allowed us to stay in the hotel and used the facility after check out as our night train was at 11pm. The complimentary tea time with snacks and cultural performances were a very nice touch also

Le Kiran Apartment est situé à Jaisalmer, à 1,4 km du fort de Jaisalmer, à 1,3 km de Patwon Ki Haveli et à 1,2 km de Salim Singh Ki Haveli. Found this place on Booking.com at midnight because none of the other 3 star properties were upto standard and they all felt like lodges instead of hotels. Took a chance since we were exhausted and we booked this place thinking that we'd inspect the place first and then check-in or goto a 5 star property in the end if we didn't like this one too (there was no booking amount charged yet). The place is a few meters inside from the main road but when we checked out the rooms, they were really good and the view of the fort from the room itself was spectacular. What won us over was the service that we received right from the moment we checked in. It was too late in the night with all restaurants closed in the vicinity but Abhishek offered us some fruit and freshly cooked snacks so that we didn't goto sleep hungry. Abhishek and his team is small and they've just started hosting clients for the past few months but the service and hospitality is comparable to a 5 star hotel. The view from the rooftop is great and you can enjoy your evening snacks, dinner on the roof with an amazing view of the entire fort. The place currently has very few reviews but I believe each and everyone is a genuine one. Give them a try when in Jaisalmer and thank me later!!

The rooms are really comfy and nice, the location is great and the service is unparalleled. Service - all around the service is 10/10 but what really sets them apart is how they go above and beyond. I unfortunately left our passports and some cash in a desk drawer in our room and didn’t realize until we reached Jodhpur a 6 hour train ride away. Victor went out of his way to figure out how to get it all to me. Not 24 hours later I had my passports and all of my cash. I’m so immensely grateful to him for taking the time and urgency to get this to us. Rooms/facilities - the room we had was spacious and the bed was so soft and comfy. The Haveli courtyards are beautiful and the swimming pool is really nice. We spent way too much time in the shaded chairs by the pool jumping in whenever we needed to cool off. Location - it is outside of the fort but that worked really nicely for us. We walked 15 minutes to the fort every morning until it got hot, then took a tuktuk back to eat breakfast at the hotel. Then we’d hang out at the pool all day, then go back to the fort for golden hour, sunset and dinner. Then walk back at night. It was nice to have some separation and quietness at the hotel. Plus walking back was really fun to see the city not just the fort. Food - breakfast was included and really good. Highly recommend masala cheese omelette (masala means mixed in this case - tomato, cilantro, onion and peppers). For lunch we ordered masala papad, cheese naan and mango lassi by the pool - all delicious. We had one dinner at the hotel and shared malai kofta - it was just OK compared to other malai kofta we have had. Overall highly recommend this hotel for your trip to Jaisalmer!

L'Hotel Fifu se trouve à 10 minutes de marche du fort de Jaisalmer et à 2,3 km de la gare de Jaisalmer. The location is great with beautiful views of the fort. Good food, comfy beds and wonderful and responsive staff.
