No cupboard, no breakfast, rude staff.

The hotel Lords inn in Rajkot stated that they had received no reservation on my name from Booking. Com. As a result I was given no room and I had to search for a room in another hotel. Even when I showed them the confirmation paper from Booking. Com they said it was a mistake made by booking. Com. I urge Booking.com . to take up this matter urgently with the hotel. I should be compensated for the harassment, and the immense difficulty I faced looking for another place. All hotels were full in the city of Rajkot. I found a place in a hotel 50 km away. Please reply to my concern and to this complaint of mine. This matter should be taken up with the hotel.
