Everyone was very polite and helpful. The hotel is well maintained and housekeeping did thier job as rooms and amenities were clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was great with different menu each day and variety of options. The hotel is conveniently located nearby dining options and shopping. I had to extend my stay due to unexpected illness and was there for almost 10 days. I felt very safa and comfortable and staff and management were very accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel

The attention to detail was outstanding, from the plush bedding to the stunning views from the balcony. The amenities in the room were top-notch, and I appreciated the little touches like complimentary bottled water and a well-stocked minibar. One of the highlights of my stay was the dining experience. The hotel's restaurants served delectable cuisine; the presentation was a work of art. Whether I was indulging in a sumptuous breakfast buffet or savoring a gourmet dinner, the food was consistently outstanding. The diverse menu options catered to various tastes, and the sommelier's wine recommendations were spot-on. The hotel's facilities were also impressive. I thoroughly enjoyed the state-of-the-art fitness center and the Turkish bath. The pool area was a hidden gem, providing a tranquil oasis with breathtaking city views. The location of the hotel couldn't have been more convenient. It was within walking distance of many popular attractions, making it easy to explore the city. Additionally, the hotel's concierge was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me plan my daily excursions with expert precision.
