This place is simply amazing! Mr. Francesco and his wife Caterina are the sweetest. They took care of every aspect during my stay and been always available for any need or request. The property is super cleaned and charming and makes you feel like home! Rooms have precious stones names and are charming. My room was the "turquoise" room which is actually my favorite color and had everything needed to offer the maximum comfort. If you get the chance please get into the Bergamot stories with Francesco and Caterina. They're very knowledgeable about the subject and have very interesting stories to share also about Calabria. The location is excellent and offers multiple choices for food, groceries, post office, rental cars... I highly recommend

Located in Reggio di Calabria, 600 metres from Tito Minniti Airport, L`essenza B&B offers air-conditioned rooms. Free WiFi is offered throughout the property and private parking is available on site. extremely clean! The owner really knows how to run the accommodations. Breakfast was over the top and very unexpected accommodations are within walking distance to the airport.

We had the run of everything. Our host goes above and beyond for his guests. He lugged our luggage up and down 4 flights of stairs. Drove us to the station. Bought pastries for us. Born to be in The hospitality field. Excellent bus service into the city which on a good run can take almost 30 minutes. One day it took an hour to get back.
