We liked that it was a traditional building and that everything was very clean and well maintained. There were plenty of extra blankets for cold African nights and mornings. The location was good because it was a village therefore not at all commercial. It was quite a lively, family-orientated place, with its own medina. I was a bit concerned about the close proximity of the airport but I didn’t hear anything and slept very well. The hospitality offered by Mr Benali was impeccable, better by far than many hotels I’ve stayed in. He met us at the airport and walked us to where we were staying, saving us money on a taxi. He was so helpful in every respect and made sure we had everything we could possibly need, an absolute gentleman. He also introduced us to his friend who provided an excellent car hire service and got us sorted with a local SIM card. We were also given a lovely traditional Moroccan breakfast, with breads, cake, dips and mint tea. Coffee was also available.

Featuring free WiFi, Villa du Souss offers eco-friendly accommodation in Agadir. Free private parking is available on site. A terrace or patio are featured in certain rooms. Both the inside and outside are beautiful and feels like an oasis of peace compared to the car, smoke, noise of a big city. The beauty of the props is only exceeded by the friendliness of the staff and the owner. The owner is making extensive renovations to the grounds to convert it into a place where you can have events. I would love to visit again to see how it all turned out. It is a little distance from Agadir beach, but given how crowded Agadir is, it is good to come back to the Villa for some down time. On a side note, I will say that the tangine I had there was one of the best during my stay in Morocco.

The whole riad is very stylish with a garden, a pool and comfortable rooms. Jamila and Chafai are very kind and welcoming hosts. We thank them for their hospitality. Delicious homemade food was waiting for us every evening. The location of the property is very convenient and close to the airport and Agadir is a short drive away if you travel with rent-a-car.

They garden is so immaculately kept and full of blooming and smelling flowers. The pool makes me smile again, great temperature and the scenery is just gorgeous! The hosts are the best, só attentive, helpful, modest, friendly 🙌🏽 Tea was made with sweets and nuts, Jamilah even made couscous for my son, because ‘he really need to eat something’ despite the late arrival. can not wait to return and spend at least a week at this ‘petit paradise’
