The helpful staff were able to help us with all of this and more. We arrived very early on check in day and not only were they able to get us in our room by 9:30am but also gave us an extra free breakfast.

The staff was highly motivated and extremely helpful with some critical issue where all the information available on the net was no longer correct. We got a free upgrade since apparently the executive rooms were not booked out. The overall quality of the room by far exceeded our expectation and the Wifi was excellent.
