The staff took very good care of us. M. Yazdaan Riaz Amad, Director of the Tete Palm Hotel was also very attentive to us and any needs we might have. He assisted us in getting some papers printed for Airlink airlines so they would assist me in wheelchair transport. We enjoyed speaking with all of the staff there. We highly recommend this hotel. The views from the front of the building over the water were breathtaking.

The staff was highly motivated and extremely helpful with some critical issue where all the information available on the net was no longer correct. We got a free upgrade since apparently the executive rooms were not booked out. The overall quality of the room by far exceeded our expectation and the Wifi was excellent.
