Set in the same building as AMFI Alta Shopping Centre, Thon Hotel Alta offers free Wi-Fi and rooms with a cable TV and minibar. Alta Bus Station is located right next to the hotel. The breakfast was great. It had something for everyone. Plenty of choices including fresh fruit. The hot breakfast items were kept fresh and hot. The hours of operation were perfect for getting food before heading out to see the city.

We arrived quite late in the evening, the reception was open and the lady who greeted us was super friendly. Our room was clean and looked like on the photos. The cabin had 4 rooms and two shared bathrooms. Shared kitchen and shower rooms were in a separate building a few steps away from our cabin. Kitchen was spacious and clean. Showers had warm water and were clean.

If you want peace and quiet and a lovely view of the Altafjord - then this small family hotel is perfect for you! The view on the sea was beautiful, the room super comfortable and the breakfast very good. We really enjoyed the common rooms with armchairs and see on the sunset

Located in Alta, just 6 km from The Rock art of Alta, GLØD Apt Suite features accommodation with free WiFi. The accommodation is 45 km from Sautso. Great breakfast - with fresh ingredients, locally sourced salmon, lots of eggs, and (for one vegan in our group) a vegan freshly-baked apple crumble. We appreciated the sauna, the well-equipped kitchen, and high-quality chairs and utensils. Beautiful surroundings.
