The property was perfect for our group with mixed age group from 70, 50, 20s, & teenagers. Having so much to entertain the younger members - spa, pool table, swimming pool, table tennis, bbq meant we didn't have to go out to entertain younger members all day. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. All spaces had such generous appliances. Directly across the road from the airport for those flying in and out of there. If looking for a property in Rotorua you must stay here! I note they can lock doors off to make smaller spaces for smaller groups but we had whole property for large group & we loved it. Beautiful views out to the lake & was cool to watch planes coming in & out of the tarmac. Although on highway & across from airport, house well soundproofed so noise not an issue.

Set on 3 hectares of peaceful parkland, All Seasons Holiday Park features an outdoor swimming pool, tennis court and unique prehistoric themed parklands with large dinosaur figures and educational... The staff were lovely and made us feel really welcome. The pool is great and the dinosaurs kept my kids amused for the whole time when they weren't in the pool.

The room was superb, located next to Lake Rotorua, beautiful view of the lake. Hotel shuttle service from airport to hotel was much appreciated by us. Spacious room, but no cooking facilities. Eaten in the restaurant a few times; Delicious. Spa facial massage was wonderful. Good bus connections to the airport and the inner city.

Holdens Bay Holiday Park offers an outdoor swimming pool, BBQ facilities and accommodation with a patio and free WiFi. The accommodation has a hot tub. The property has a hot tub. Facilities were cleaned every day. In the cabin we had everything we needed. Staff was extremely friendly! Cabin is very cozy. We had a car and could easily go to town.

Great location just outside Rotorua and really easy to get to all the tourist places. The view down to the lake is great. The apartment is huge, super clean and separate from the owner’s house. The deck has views toward the lake and was a lovely place to have dinner - prepared in a modern kitchen with everything you’d ever want. The owners, Deb and Mark, we’re great hosts and we feel privileged to have been able to stay here.
