BELO CAMPO - Ilha do Faial (Horta) in Castelo Branco, Faial Island, provides accommodation with a garden and a shared lounge. The host was super nice, on the night when I arrived and the nearby restaurant was closed and taxi drivers not available, he drove me to the Horta to buy some food. The room was very nice, comfortable, clean and cozy. Place is just opposite the airport, so it is great place if you have to catch a morning flight. Also, the breakfast was very good.

Located 600 metres from the small island airport, Quinta das Buganvílias is surrounded by a large park with lush vegetation. Beautiful property, stylish, and wonderful garden... a real paradise! Even though it is nearby the airport, it is not a problem at all, as there is so little traffic. The owners went above and beyond to accommodate us, and we would recommend this stay to anyone who is looking for a boutique getaway!

The house has 3 apartments ans is well located not far (10 mn) from Horta downtown. The house is very nice and fully renovated with good taste and some typical elements (stone wall). The house is clean, well equiped and with all amenities. Beds are good. The house is very clean. The owners are very nice and helpful people. The swimming pool is really enjoyable. At night, the sound of the "cagarros" birds is weird but funny and not loud.

The host is really focused on the visitors, always ready for everything you could need. His welcome pack with red wine and home produced cheese and tomato jam was a really lovely gesture. The accommodation is really good and well decorated. The kitchen is very well equipped, with plenty of crockery, glasses and cutlery,..... Very comfortable beds The laundry with washing machine and dryer is very convenient. It is a superb place for your stay in Faial, ten out of ten. The relation price to facilities is excellent!! Highly recommended !!
