Located in Vila do Porto village, in Santa Maria Island, the Apartamentos Lisboa offers self-catering apartments with a simple décor and free WiFi access. Pets are allowed on request. We know the island well and are usually staying on board a boat. Due to an injury we needed somewhere in Vila do Porto within easy access to everything and we found it here. A special offer price made it very affordable for 18 nights. We were warmly welcomed by Sylvia and her cat who checked in on us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed and we also appreciated the welcome basket of fresh fruit and local produce. The apartment (we were at the back of the building) is comfortable and homely, well equipped, clean and regularly serviced and within very short walking distance of supermarkets and all facilities. Bus stops are close by. We would certainly stay here again.

Charming Blue offers accommodation in Vila do Porto. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar. Each room is equipped with a TV with cable channels. Some rooms include views of the sea or pool. Guys, I'll just repeat my 2018/19 review. A great hotel, comfortable clean and great rooms, good view, good location, absolutely fantastic knowledgable and warm staff which reacted quickly to every whish, question problem. Also great laundry service. What can I tell you? Book it

Fabulous home in a wonderful location, easy walking to restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and excellent off street parking. Good cross flow ventilation to mitigate the warm humid weather in August. Good cooking facilities, including a charcoal BBQ on a large furnished terrace. Very comfortable bed and living room furniture. Greatly appreciated the washing machine, and outside clothes line. We were pleasantly surprised how spectacularly beautiful Santa Maria Island was, and how warm the water was for swimming.

Offering an outdoor swimming pool, Pousada de Juventude de Santa Maria is located in Vila do Porto centre, Santa Maria Island, Azores. The hostel is located a few steps from the port. Everything! You can’t beat the location right in the center, parking right across the street, good honest breakfast with local products like Azorean yogurt, bread, tomato, cheese, great swimming pool area with bar service (good gins made by Jose), Rituals soaps at the bedroom was a very nice surprise, staff is friendly!

Space was generous, comfortable, and well-appointed. Service was excellent. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Set in a condominium next to Figueiral-Prainha Nature Reserve of the Santa Maria Island, Azores, Villa Natura is a 2-bedroom house that offers direct access to Praia Formosa. From the moment you arrive there is a feeling of being welcomed. For ever aspect of our stay Luís was there to assist, from restaurant reservations to trail info. Bella made us a welcome basket and homemade treats. For New Years there was champagne! Truly an amazing place in the most beautiful of settings.

The owner was a gentleman,he was waiting for us at the airport and drove us to the houses, ve stayed. The house, positioned in a very ambient and picturesque valley. Highly recommended

If you're looking for a place that's kind of isolated on your own hill top in the middle of nowhere, yet just up the hill from a small town with a great restaurant, look no further. Awesome sunrise when you wake up in the morning. Beautiful stars at night.
